Fall Photo Micro Session at Hawkins Oil Festival Oct 13

Two Moons Productions, producers of The Rare Collections magazine, will be hosting a micro photo session for individuals and families in their booth (W7) at the Hawkins Texas Oil Festival October 13th 2012. The event theme is "A Fall Walk in the Park" and the photo session will feature a fall backdrop where families or individuals will be able to have professional photographs taken for a very affordable sitting fee of $25 which includes a re-touched and finished 8 x 10 photo. Additional photographs may also be purchased for an additional fee.


In addition to the micro photo session, Two Moons will also take the stage for a 6 song set of original songs.

This is the 32nd year for the Annual Hawkins Oil Festival that runs from 7am to 9pm and begins with a 5K Fun Run and ends with a street dance and musical performances that evening.

The Hawkins Fire Department will sponsor a fund-raiser by serving up a Waffle Breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Hawkins VFD Station. Gillian Sheridan will be the Parade Marshal, which will move from Glazner St. towards downtown Hawkins on Hwy. 14. There will be free party jumpers for the kids in the City Park, arts and crafts vendor booths, food and live entertainment all day at the pavilion. Hawkins Got Talent will take place from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the pavilion. An Auto Show will be in the area of Hawkins City Park West of the Pavilion following the morning parade.  The FFA Ag Show will be held at the Red Harris Pavilion behind Hawkins Elementary School.
